well guys we all know life has its ups and downs but despite that still gotta be grateful and thankful because it is those challenges that make us who we are and prepare us for our destiny can't use one thing to judge all other things ...can never stop pushing forward or dreaming.

remember god never gives us more than we can bear and even through the hardest time he is right there beside because he has a was out  so never stop believing . this leap year has proven to be a trying one but never the less we who are reading this has gotten the opportunity of going through another day to grab all it has to offer and to make a difference and make changes in our lives.

just as in a company when the processes or method is not working you have to upgrade or change to make it better, and in communication you change the principle to make it work so just hold on and do everything to the best of your ability because only your best is enough never stop dreaming never stop believing !
so guys have a good night and have a great and productive week and don't forget to work on the communication in you life every aspect of it work home and play as it is one of the major things in your life that keeps you going and helps in determining if your happy or sad if your misinterpreted and so much more, and on that note i leave you with this thought.

our topic today is about life the burdens and striving to reach one's goal.... "pursuit of success"
just wanna give a little motivation as exams are approaching and for those of us that works it might be a major project or something getting you down. Remember :

so just do your best because only it is good enough seek support and offer your help but at the end of the day don't allow any one to take advantage of you and don't focus on the past if you were once wronged. remember "the company can't function properly if there is a problem with the communication process (internal communication") and no solutions is found to rectify it" #just saying... you can therefore use this in terms of your life you'll probably understand it better.

in other words "Don't let the past steal your present" just trust God and have faith because

so guys enjoy life reach for your goals give god praise and just be happy !!!

hey guys whats up !!!! how are you all doing ?? i hope all is well and that you all are making the best of life as it comes and enjoying each day as it could be your last.. i hope you did forget to give praises when you got up this morning because we all have alot to be grateful for !! just remember to ask him to guide and protect you true all your tasks.. God will make a way where there seems to be no way !!

i always say never complain and i always try not to question stuff that happens but we all do every now and then we are all human and no one is perfect but at the end of the day all ma trust, faith and love lays with god he knows the mission we are all on and the path we should all take remember everything you want is coming relax and let the universe work with god to pick the right timing and the way just trust that it is coming and watch how fast it comes because even with all the negativity that surrounds us in this world you have no option sometimes more than to turn it into something positive and believe in yourself as  the saying goes when life gives you lemons turn it into grape juice and watch them wonder how you did it make the best of everything that happens in your life after all you may never know who is looking you may just be a role model !!

Happiness & its Unexpectedness

hey guys wats up ?? i hope all is well and you guys had a good Easter i hope u all made the best of it and that your has been going good so far
well yesterday was ma birthday *all smilezz* Happy bday to me again  it was good i enjoyed it spent it with some of the people i love the most "Family" .. i missed them so much so it was good seeing them... they were the main reason i was able to smile

 but anyway the fun is put on hold for a lil while as its back to work ... final projects due and exam right around the corner so preparation mode is on as of this week. so lets get down to business.
well in life we have have the option of choosing but have we ever stop to consider hoe the unexpectedness of our choices can affect us after its like here today gone tomorrow.. that's why i think we should strive to make each day the best we ever had and be happy no matter what all when life throws a million things your way turn it into something to smile about another thing is never forget to share joy and love because in a world like this you can never tell when its the last day leave on arguments or problems un - turned or unsolved if it doesn't work out at least you can say you tried !!

this untimely thing called death befriends no one and its so unexpected that's why each and everyone of us has to give praises to god and be grateful and appreciative of each day that we get the opportunity we get in opening our eyes.
Everyone knows that no one can surpass death but even the fact of that doesn't change the  fact that when someone dies it is just never prepared for or expected.. i was u just a couple a days ago sitting there talking to you telling you seeing you later and now there is no later or ntn left because your gone !!! R.I.P Oliver Austin !!!

its like the communication cycle with the barriers and noise ----> Life cycle and death being the noise that disturbs the flow of this... even though your gone and its shocking and unexpected not gonna sit and mourn forever but gonna celebrate the life lived.... within all of this there is a lesson you may not see it now bout eventually u will as they say there is a reason for everything !!! Life isn't a bed of roses and it isn't necessarily easy but its because of this fact that we value appreciate and respect it so much.. if only everyone saw it that way especially those who sees it fit to take others lives imagine that person could be someone mom dad sis bro etc and imagine the situation with your family come on now have a heart !
i don't know if im the only one observing it but this leap year has been really really "HOT" not only literally but also figuratively so many bad things has been happening killings crashes you name it but even with this still gotta give God thanks but on that note you guys just be careful and if its something that's not worth it or your time just walk away and remember when certain things happens its for a reason so don't question it just go with the flow and work with it .. it will work out just have hope and faith and trust the lord.. so keep safe and take care of yourselves and ill see you can soon ..

 Anyway guys as the title suggest today's point is gonna be something about success and of course happiness to me they are inextricably link you can;t have one with out the other but in today's world you have some really lazy people who wants to nothing but expects to get everything people need to realize life isn't about being given a golden spoon in your mouth you should want to work for the thing you wish to achieve so as when you get it you have a reason to smile and reward your self. this also helps you to prepare for the harsh world and so motivates and builds you it is way pass my imagination as to how people just sit down and expect that other people should do the work and they get credit for it no that's just plain laziness and irresponsibility & they always have a bag of excuse .. people need to change and accept that only you can create success for your self so go out there and grab it get and stop sitting at home complaining you got no one to blame but your self.

on that note i leave you with this saying "laziness is like a rocking chair, always rocking and going no where" so if you want some thing to happen make it happen don't sit and wait for it who knows it may be the best experience you have ever had and one that you may cherish for life or even create more opportunities for self so get up and make some thing happen !!!

Everyone Has Their Own Story . A Reason Why They Are The Way They Are. You Have No Right To Judge Someone You Don't Know. For All You Know Today Could Be Their Last Day To Live !!!

Hey Guys whats up ?? hope your ok & all is well.... today we spending a little time on presentation which can be looked at from different angles and used in various ways but lets just say presentation of life !!! as the saying goes you can't judge a book by its cover this can be interpret in several ways depending on how you look at it but in my opinion i don't think we have the right to just judge people one needs to get to the person because what is given off in terms of attitude or personality may depend on the people thay are dealing with or the day they are having not saying its an excuse but each day we get up we have no clue what the day will bring its unpredictable and we all have different ways of dealing with it.

So basically You have two choices when you wake up in the morning: either go back to sleep and dream, or wake up and chase that dream you gotta choose but remember nothing in life is easy & every path has bumps that will help you along the way when you over come them.so take the time out to get to know the person because you may be surprise how much alike you guys are & how you would have reacted the same way if you where in the same situation but even with all of this bear in mind that At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what others think as long as you’re happy.

&& those out there just casting judgements and being hateful think about it & remember Before you try changing others just remember how hard it is to change your self .

Life & Its Cycle !! -- Unpredictable & testing !!!

Hey Guys whats up ?? Hope all is well !!!
Well Today is another day to take charge and make a difference in someway or the other right. well this time around just gonna focus on life and talk about it in general once again.
For life the more difficulties one has to encounter, within  and without, the more significant and the higher in inspiration his or her life will be. Life has no smooth roads for any of us (so dnt look for it, anything that comes easily goes easily work for what you wish to have) and in the bracing atmosphere of a high aim the very roughness stimulates the climber to have or develop steadier steps till the legend, over steep ways to the stars, fulfills itself. fall seven times but make sure you stand up eight. nothing of worth cames easy in life as said before, but with the help of God we can. its like the communication cycle with the least bit of noise something can go wrong so with the life cycle with the least bit of doubt and disbelief nothing will happen you will remain stagnant so rise about the shyness and believe in your self make things happen don't wait for it to happen cease the moment after all YOLO -- > you only live once & Only God Can Judge Me !!!

We Believe what we tell Ourselves

Hey guys whats up ?? how are you guys doing today i hope all is well and you guys had a good weekend and a blessed sunday !! firstly just wanna say thanks and give praises to God for enabling us to see another day and to gain never opportunites.
So today is local government .. "yea" well i hope al you guys who are voting followed your mind and the decision that you made will benefit you in the long run as well as your country anyway be safe and remember its always good to let your voice be heard after all remember those people who fought and died to get us the right so yea thumbs up to those of you exerised your right and those of you who didn't i guess you all have your reasons and i respect that.. to each their own !
anyway getting down to the matter as the topic says "we believe what we tell ourselves" yups this is true in my opinion as i think that the mind and the brain or better yet the heart as a dialectic type of relationship we need one to balance out the other this could as be refer to as a reprocity relationship as well.. so if we say we can and we keeping on telling ourselves that then not only will we believe but it will also come true if we dig deep and push ourselves and BELIEVE there is nothing in this world that can be impossible after all what the heart concieves the mind can achieve.

as so keep these few quotes in mind i think they hold great meaning !!

Hey guys whats up ? i wonder whats new has been happening well as i predicted i did have mad fun over the weekend can i tell u about it Awesome !!!! i hope u guys enjoyed yours.
so the topic as usual is life but what aspect are we approaching it from this time round ? well as the topic suggest letting go of the past and respecting one's self enough to be happy.

its as simple as this message:

The Awesomeness of Believing !!!!

Hey guys im here again :) so here we go .. what's on the agenda today well first off let me start by saying i'm having a wonderful day thank you lord i hope ur enjoying yours as well did my test which was good in my opinion we will see when the results come out but im very confident in my self. plus i did my best.

So believing and having faith two of the best frenz a person can have in their life trust me i know this from experience others might call it conceited i call it knowing ones worth because if you don't believe in your self who will ?? remember - "I can do [[ALL]] things through CHRIST who strengthens me . . ." as so don't doubt yourself, Don't live by example :: Live by experience.. i keep on saying YOLO because it is true we only have one life to live and we should live it to its fullest do let fear prevent you from having an awesome moment always believe the only person that matters already believes in you #God 

Saw this and had to share it as i think it sums up all i wanted to say 

 you can dream all you want to but if you don't believe in your dreams then you're just thinking. Not that anything is wrong with thinking but, IT'S JUST THINKING. Belief is a by-product of your Faith. You can not have Faith if you don't believe. A beliefs in something will cause you not to give up on something or someone when it does something out of character. Like a business venture, or marriage, or your kids, or your dreams! Belief will cause you to see things through to the end. We all need to believe in something. You will not get much done without the belief in life to back you up. Belief pushes you pass you physical strength and causes you to do the IMPOSSIBLE. GOD wanted me to fail and not get up, it would have happened by now. Life

 Life is so unpredictable i guess that is why they say expect the unexpected.Sometimes what we care about the most gets all used up or goes away, never to return. sometimes we never get a chance to say goodbye or i love you. life is so precious and yet so short. remember i gave you guys the task of evaluating the people around you choosing the keepers well by now i think the process should have brought about some results so my other task to you now is to let those people you chose know that they are important to you let them know they are keepers suppose one morning you never wake up. does all your family and frenz know you love them ?? let everyone know how you feel, even if you think they don't feel the same. it is amazing what three little words and a smile can do. its never bad to share a little love or a little joy !!!
As shown by God time and time again even in this life of many challenges he never leaves your side - remember God didn't promise days without pain laughter without sorrow sun without rain but he did promise strength for the day comfort for the tears and light for the way. even living person he wishes to bless so you should do the same even your enemies (Psalm 103). So remember to live love and laugh because you only have one life to live here today gone tomorrow don't wait for the moment to happen make it happen #YOLO !!... Good Friends Are Like Stars You Don't Always See Them But You Know They Are There :)

So i have my frenz yes but my good frenz and real true frenz i call them my family and ironically enough most of them if not all of them are my family :) as far fetched as it my sound my best frenz are my mummy and ma sis they are my sweethearts and my hunnie bunnie i absoluetly love them i love them by both choice and by a must ... daddy yea man him a mi thugs we sit and reason and drink love my daddy #1 man in my life !! so whenever im feeling down i just have to reach out to one of them & i know no matter what they will help me see the light and feel better when 1 of us is sad we all are said when 1 feels pain we all feel pain if you get the drift of where i'm going. all this jabbering is just to push the point of having people around you to support you is a need no man is an island no man stands alone we all need someone to lean on every now and then, someone to talk to and share a laugh with its necessary and it is indeed helpful :)

yups you know me i gtta give you guys sumn to listen and look at just to enforce my point :)  i wont say much on this as i know i have touched on this a bit in one of my post about family but i had the best convo's with ma Hunnie Bunnies and was feeling so good i wanted to spread some off the joy and laughter. plus in a couple more hours i'll start my weekend :) yaaaay !!!! i know im looking forward to it :) even with the work gna get it dne and then full enjoyment str88 u should do the same remember all work and no play makes jill or jack a dull boy or girl but never forget the responsibilities one have. so for the weekend i dare you to have fun, try something new and talk to someone new !!!! The Universe added one more day in your life today; not necessarily because you need it, but because someone else might need you. Please don't get it twisted with "sucking Up" and being an "Impressionist" or focusing on someone that you totally forget to do & live for yourself !!

So lets start off with this saying "What is the point of being alive if you don’t at least try to do something remarkable" this quote brings so many things to mind huh ?? well for me i see where it can be both inspirational and a pain as well.. inspirational as it may motivate you to achieve and reach success but a pain in terms of having those people who "kiss up" sometimes to the point of annoyance. this can be seen as a noise factor with in communication - can i tell you that there is quite a few of those people around me and i would like to assume its because of my personality  but no its because of the association of my parents.. "people always wanting something"... and over doing it always telling me something and then doing and telling them (my parents) something else hence a hindrance in the communication cycle and the information flow is thrown off. Thank God for the trust we have with each other, i must say this is also another important factor within communication "TRUST" extremely important and shouldn't be taken likely as it is hard to gain as well as keep, another name for them is "pleasers" - learnt that one from my guest lecturer this week in my course organizational communication. :D "Go Lexxii u deh learn" lol can i tell you a very interesting presentation and very fun if i may say but seriously he was not joking about them being difficult to deal with for me i just simply delete them whenever they come around and whenever i pick them up. this topic is hot on my mind because i encountered one recently but i won't let them get on my nerves i'll just ignore them but i just had to acknowledge the fact and now that i have i also have to face the fact that they will always exist just have to learn how  to deal with them.

Here Is Some Wisdom - Praises be 2 God !!

Smooth roads never make good drivers, calm seas never make good sailors, clear skies never make good pilots. A problem free life never makes a strong person. Be strong enough to accept the challenges of life. Don't ask WHY ME ? instead say WITH GOD BY MY SIDE, TRY ME ! this is just one of those statements i use to help me get through the day, through my hard times because in life every man has to fall its how you get up that counts. Never give up ! God opens doors that no man can, no matter what we do there is blessings in everything - as i always say everything happens for a reason do question it work with it and go with the flow in due it will all reveal itself... so use the communication process to strengthen your relationship with God because he listens and he reacts, that's a fact i've seen it happen time after time again and use the barriers and noise from the process to block out Satan and all the negative people and things around you and in your surroundings ! TRY IT, IT WORKS !! Makes changes and evaluate your life make choices for yourself grab a hold of your life and take charge !

A thought for tomorrow : The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible. if you want to succeed in the world you must make your own opportunities as you go on. hence the man that waits for some seventh wave to toss him on dry land will find that the seventh wave is a long time coming. You can commit no greater folly than to sit by the roadside until someone comes along and invites you to ride with him to wealth or influence. think about that guys it holds great depth within it !! .. so on that note have a safe and fulfilling day tomorrow and a good weekend !! Just Very Appreciative, Grateful & Thankful - "Blessed Sunday"

Hey guys Good Morning hope everyone is having a blessed Sunday, its just something about this day that brings so many emotions its just calm and peaceful, all those who went to church or is on their way to church hope the message was received & that your prayers was and will be answered but for those who didn't go and won't be able to make it just remember just because you don't go to church on Sunday morning doesn't mean you forfeit your right of having any help or guidance from the lord ! worship is something we do, not just on Sunday mornings, but everyday day of the week, in all we do and say. Hence Sunday morning is the conclusion of a week of worship, when we gather as a community, family or just by ourselves to celebrate the amazing grace of God in Christ. All i'm saying is that the essence of worship is that God is pre -eminent all of the time and not just on Sunday Morning so be thankful everyday of the week and give him praise just the same talk to him through a pray each and everyday. So start this Sunday Morning with a clean heart, no doubt, no tears, no fear, no worry. Thank God for his priceless gifts and miracles throughout the world. I saw this saying & i just absolutely love it and we as youths can relate to it as it uses contemporary examples in it, it says - "God has no phone but i talk to him. He has no facebook but he is still my friend. He doesn't have twitter but i will still follow him. " it may seem as nothing but it is a very good quote. So don't be afraid to talk to him because he is always there to listen.

On that note i woke up with this song on my mind i don't why but it is very inspirational : so no matter how down you feel and think you have tired everything there is possible don't give up just push on it has to hard to become easy, it has to be bad to become good.

Life & Its Journey - ‎"There is no key to happiness. The door is always open!"

So "life" ....According to dictionary.com Life is defined as the quality that distinguishes a vital and functional being from a dead being or inanimate beings. Mhmmm "Life" - that's such a strong & important word used to describe our existence, its sumn we put meaning, value and worth to it determines what we are associated with and it sums up our being, one thing we must remember is that the sky isn't always blue. the sun doesn't always shine. so it's okay to fall apart sometimes, but always remember to get up again. you can't let one bad day determine your week. life has its ups and downs we all have to acknowledge that and face the fact but the true meaning and lesson is in how we deal with it, learn from it and also grow from it. another factor in our life is choices - decisions and choices is something we have to do everyday it is inevitable we choose how we start our day and what we will achieve during that day & we also choose the people we have in our life and we determine who becomes our friends however not everyone that smiles with us is our friend, as we have three types of friends in life : friends for a reason, friends for a season and friends for a lifetime. a suggestion to this is evaluate and categorize the people in your life sometimes letting go & "cleaning up" your life is the best thing you could ever do, don't get me wrong this may not be true in all instances but in my opinion i don't have friends i have family & a song that says this is : listen the words there is great meaning there.

on a happier note i gtta say that the weekend was good, no complaints did sum work a little bit a relaxing ... Kick it with ma home girls & went shopping :D yups yups one a ma favorite hobbies, hope you guys had a blast as well...... i just got to share this song with you guys tho its been on replay for me from week .... its really hot .... on that note ill be signing off now have a peaceful and blessed Sunday and a very productive week & i will see you guys later ... so i'll leave you guys with this "Small minds can't comprehend big spirits. to be great, you have to be willing to be mocked, hated and misunderstood. Hey guys !!! whats up ? hope u guys had a good & fun weekend , i'm just here checking in seeing whats up & to give my thoughts for the day. so firstly i would like to acknowledge the fact that i'm happy, appreciative & grateful for seeing another day so thank you God for blessing me and giving me another chance to face all the opportunities out there waiting for me to grab a hold of, Continue blessing everyone around me & guiding them daily as we all look forward to this upcoming week !

So Guys lets talk, something short & spicy and very much to the point - "we always have enough to be happy if we are enjoying what we do have & not worrying about what we don't have" - Ken Keyes .... saw this & i just liked it so much i wanted to share it with you guys, just think about it and follow through for a while and see what happens, it spoke to me as i remembered when my lecturer made the point to me that we need not let anything stress us take it a step at a time, because we can't correct any mistakes or do anything if we aren't well and if we don't take care of ourselves so make plans but also make plan to change those plans, if u know what i mean !! hence appreciate those who love you. help those who need you. forgive those who hurt you. forget those who leave you. as it makes no sense you dwell on those things, your just wasting valuable time on things that contributes nothing to your life or happiness which should mean it has no relevance to you or your life !

Life !! ... "Live For The Moment Not For The Memory"

So i'm Shadaine but they call me Lexxii and i'm starting my blog, i've always known that communication is one of the most important aspects of life as it is the reasons why relationships in our life works and last, but its being en-forced again as i'm learning the correct way or process in using it successfully in my Organizational Communication class and i hope to portrait it here. This my first time doing this so i'll try my best to make it interesting, fun and as real as possible - representing my personality. Just to give an introduction to get everyone familiar with it, this blog is going to be about life and all possible aspects of it, i'll use my surroundings and the experiences and situations i see around me as examples and to re-enforce the points or topics which i use in each of my blogs so as to not limit myself. I'll start of by giving a quote, " All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better." - Ralph Waldo Emerson. As suggested by that, life is a journey and along the travel throughout this journey there's gonna be alot a instances where we just have to take risks and experiment with life as stated by the quote, because you may never know, it might just be the best decision you've ever made in your life. Life is uncertain and full of many challenges, what i've learnt is that one must learn form their mistakes and one must always expect the unexpected an example for me is - i learnt the hard way that death is one of the most terrible part of life and there is nothing worst than facing the fact that the persons you thought would always be there with you is really gone... Just want to take this time to say R.I.P to my 2 grandpas & to Errand i know you guys are in a better place your missed and your loved !! - & to all those people out there who lost someone i know you can relate so ... & .

On a happier note one must also recognize that life is precious & can be full of excitement & fun as i always say live life with no regrets, as for myself i'm appreciative & grateful for life & i love my life, i wouldn't change a thing even with all the ups & downs, there is nothing better, because each day God enables us to open our eyes is another opportunity to create a memory or to reach a step closer to one's goal or achievements. So each day i get up i smile - *wide smile* - because often the worst of times are what lead us to the best of times because all we go through inspires us to grow into our very best self, therefore "How you start your day is how you're going to live your day. And how you live your day is the way you live your life !!" On that note now that my intentions is known and my introduction has been given i promise that as the blogging continues it'll get more interesting and fun as the time passes by...remember communication is the key & life is a gift, cherish it ! ... so enjoy the weekend, have fun but be careful & i'll be checking in soon .............
